a successfull tour with a number of highlights, one being the Take Root

The release of GET OUT OF SHAPE WITH THE MELLOWMEN was celebrated last friday. The
concert was sold out and the band was electrified. Performing a stunning two
part set, the band recieved massive reactions from an audience in love. A
mutual love affair as the band really rose to the occation. Fantastic reviews:

Higher Elevations are in the studio, putting the finishing touches to the new
songs that will be released by German based label Little Teddy Recordings. The
band has also agreed to record a Christmas song for an upcoming compilation on
